Well done to all athletes who competed on Saturday at the U15/U17 Berkshire Schools Track and Field Championships. There were some superb performances and lots of PB's which was fantastic. The results are attached. Powerof10 has also been updated with the results.

Sammy Ball - IB LJ 7.17m (James Taylor IB LJ 7.06m also beat the old CBP)

As you can appreciate it is extremely difficult trying to organise a big event like this in covid times and we have to meet a lot of restrictions from England Athletics and the track.

The Berkshire Schools Championships will be going ahead for Juniors (yr8/9) and Inters (yr10/11) on Saturday 12th June 2021. Seniors need to submit the google form on the previous news article to be considered for the ESAA team.

Deadline is Tuesday 25th May - no late entries accepted. The top 12 in each event will be selected to compete on June 12th.
Due to Covid-19 the ESAA National Schools Cross Country Championships couldn't be held as usual so they put together a virtual championships allowing anyone to enter a time over 2km (juniors - year 8/9) or 5km (Inters and Seniors) that were verified by a teacher or coach. The top 6 (or 4 for seniors) scored for the county team and Berkshire have done extremely well.
