Information Usage
Berkshire Athletics does not collect personal information when you access the web site homepage and browse the web site contents.

Cookies
Cookies are files containing information about visitors to a web site (e.g. user name and preferences). This information is provided by the user during the first visit to a web site server. The server records this information in a text file and stores this file on the visitor's hard drive. When the visitor accesses the same web site again the server looks for the cookie and configures itself based on the information provided. Berkshire Athletics does not run cookies on its web site.

Security
If you send emails to Berkshire Athletics, you should note that the security of Internet email is uncertain. If you send sensitive or confidential email messages, which are not encrypted you accept the risk of possible lack of confidentiality over the Internet.

If you are aged 16 or under, we request that you get your parent/guardian's permission whenever you provide personal details to Berkshire Athletics.
