The Green Park 10k and Wargrave 10k made up the 10k championships.  If you entered both then points were awarded based on ranking of best performance across the two races.  Congratulations to everyone who took part and well done to the medal winners in each category.  Below are the 10k results and also the current overall standings.  There is just the one race to go which is Burnham Half marathon on 18th August.
