DESCRIPTION:This is official notice that the 2026 Berkshire Athletics AGM will take place on: \nDate: Monday 23rd November 2026 \nTime: 19:30 \nVenue: Bracknell AC Clubhouse there will also be an online option for those unable to attend in person \nThe committee would like to bring to the attention of clubs that the position of CROSS COUNTRY SECRETARY will be VACANT as of the AGM so we are looking for an individual from a club to fill this role.  Failure to fill this role will mean we are unable to send teams to the UK Inter-counties cross country championships in March 2027.  For more information about what this role entails please contact Sam Whalley xc@berkshireathletics.org.uk. \nWe also have vacancies for four general committee members.  General committee members have no specific responsibilities the only main requirement is to attend 3 out of 4 committee meetings which are spread through the year and can be held online for members unable to attend in person. \n‘Nominations and notices of resolution from members must be received by the \nGeneral Secretary\, in writing\, not less than 21 days before the date notified for \nthe meeting.’ \nA nomination form for committee positions is below\, any resolution proposed by a club must be on club headed paper and signed by the secretary or chair of the member club. Please email these to secretary@berkshireathletics.org.uk. \nBerkshire Athletics Nomination form \nFor clarity: \nNominations and resolutions should be received by the secretary no later than 2nd November 2026. \nAn agenda\, final AGM documents and details of how to access the online meeting will be sent out on 9th November 2026.
